INITIATION OF SERVICES

Our Intake Speicalist will complete the referral on the services desired and make the arrangements to meet your needs. 

For Babysitting cases, arrangements are made over the telephone unless it is requested or deemed necessary that a home visit is needed to ensure that the appropriate care is provided.

For Adult Services, the Case Manager makes a home visit on all cases to establish the care that is needed by the client.  This ensures that the appropriate caregiver is provided for the services that are needed.

Payment is Accepted By

• CREDIT CARDS (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards)
• PRE-APPROVED CHECKS (Ask For Details)

A Credit Card or Deposit is Required To Initiate Services.

CANCELLATION CHARGE

Services Cancelled Four (4) Hours or Less prior to Start Time of Care will be assessed a Cancellation Fee of $25.
